Just send as your itinerary such as flight date, type of aircraft, destination, and rate quoted and we will get back to you with our Best Price Guarantee, best on availability. We will find you the same flight, the same destination, for the same dates, and the same type of air craft at a lower price point, or else we'll pay the difference. Just email guarantee@globalpositioningjets.com or call our aviation specialist within six hours prior to your flight.

Remember to make a printout or take a screen shot of the page with the lower rate, in case a customer service representative has questions. Expect a response to your claim within 2 hours. Please read the Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions below for full details.

Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
The Best Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying air charter request through any aviation broker website.
To submit your request, send an e-mail within 6 hours prior to your flight to guarantee@globalpositioningjets.com containing the following information:

-Aviation broker name
-Quote price
-Your Name
-E-mail address of your account (if you don’t have an account, please call our aviation specialist)
-Telephone number (including area code)
-Dates of flight
-Type of air craft
-Additional requests to compliment your flight, such as limo, catering, etc.
-Complete Web address (URL) rate, dates and type air craft you found
-A copy of the actual quote from the aviation broker company indicating type of aircraft, date and price.

Global Positioning Jets aviation Specialist Team will contact you via e-mail or phone if we are unable to replicate the lower rate. We may request additional information and documentation from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.

-Upon verification of the lower rate, based on your information our team will continue to shop for a better price for you.

-The Best Price Guarantee applies only to online rates and aviation broker quotes available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates.

-The Best Price Guarantee does not apply for frequent flyer, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, or any purchased through coupon promotions, won through contests, sweepstakes or transfers purchased on websites.
-The Best Price Guarantee applies to the rate for air craft only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as limo, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.

-Global Positioning Jets reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
-Global Positioning Jets will not be liable for the price or any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error from the website or aviation broker or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the rate.

-These Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and Global Positioning Jets relating to your quote and purchase.
-Void where prohibited by law. Global Positioning Jets reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
